After arriving on Earth and meeting the humans Lori, Coby, and Bud, Vector Prime summoned forth Jolt, Six-Speed, and Reverb. The three Mini-Cons' sudden appearance startled Coby, causing him to drop his satchel containing several mechanics magazines. From these magazines, Six-Speed scanned a racecar alternate mode. While Six-Speed and Reverb hugged Bud, Jolt recognized a logo on Lori's shirt as being the symbol for the Omega Lock. Vector Prime extrapolated that this signified that the Omega Lock was likely hidden on Earth. Fallen Inferno
As part of an ongoing effort to aid Autobot refugees in staying hidden from the locals, Six-Speed provided them with scans of mundane vehicle, replacing flashier alternate modes that drew too much attention to themselves. Hidden After the Autobots had secured their secret presence on Earth, they moved on to tracking down the Omega Lock, hidden away somewhere on the planet. A lead was uncovered pointing towards a museum in Mexico, where Six-Speed met with the rest of the team. He was sent clambering for cover when Starscream and Thundercracker attacked. During the ensuing battle, the Mini-Cons and the children were shielded from a stray shot by Landmine, who then helped his fellow Autobots in beating back the villains. Though the lead turned out to be a false start, Vector Prime was able to uncover the coordinates of the Speed Planet from the museum's imitation Omega Lock. Landmine
Vector Prime began teaching the Recon Mini-Con team to open dimensional gates as he did with his temporal powers, though the Mini-Cons were much more limited in using these portals: they could only create "mini-dimension gates." When Bud and Jolt convinced Scattorshot to take the boy up into Earth's orbit, Reverb and Six-Speed accompanied them outside the Autobot base to see them off. Later, wondering where their friend had gone, Coby and Lori pressed the Mini-Cons for answers. Jolt eventually spilled the beans, and Six-Speed stayed behind at headquarters while the Autobots rescued Bud and Scattorshot, as they had since gotten themselves stranded in space. Space Later, the Mini-Cons were called to a meeting, where Optimus discussed his next plan: putting an end to the Decepticons' continued attempts at tracking down their base. From the safety of the real base, Six-Speed and the others watched as Thundercracker was lured to a decoy base, which he was allowed to destroy. Rush
After the kids returned from a day out at the theater, Six-Speed was among the Autobots who shared a heart laugh at Coby's expense for getting rattled over a horror movie. Later that evening, Lori alerted the Autobots to a strange beacon emanating from a nearby forest, depicting the Omega Lock's "Atlantis Pattern." Reverb and Six-Speed saw Jolt off as he joined the Autobots to investigate, but stayed behind themselves once more. Speed
When Bud suggested that the kids and Mini-Cons all go on "play-dates" to alleviate their boredom, Six-Speed was enthusiastic to visit his friends' homes. On their way into town, they ran afoul of Rockville's sheriff, who pulled over both Six-Speed and Reverb, then giving a ride to Bud and Coby respectively. On Jolt's suggestion, the ground-based Mini-Cons used holographic displays to fool the sheriff into believing they were being driven by the President of the United States and her Vice President. After dodging the law, Six-Speed went to Lori's house, where he found a copy of "The Little Match Girl," a story which brought him to tears. As Lori comforted her sensitive Mini-Con friend, he detected a nearby geological disturbance. Lori and Six-Speed met back up with the Hansen boys and the other Mini-Cons, who had also sensed the tremor. They discovered that the nearby Mount McDermott was about to collapse into an underwater reservoir, which would lead to a disastrous flooding of Rockville. Though they were contacted for help, the Autobots were unable to come up with a solution to save the town. Luckily Coby was struck with inspiration: he reckoned that by pumping out the water before the mountain collapsed, it could do so without displacing the water. The kids, The Recon Mini-Con Team, Optimus Prime, and Scattorshot headed for a mine-shaft, where they implemented Coby's plan flawlessly. The kids then returned to their families, with Six-Speed and Reverb chauffeuring the boys back home. Collapse
Returning to the search for the Omega Lock once again, Six-Speed accompanied Vector Prime and the children to a tropical island, only to encounter yet another dead end. Undeterred, the group moved on to their next destination: the Sahara Desert. After being joined by Jetfire and Optimus, the Autobots found what appeared to be the Omega Lock on open display within an ancient city! Before they could get to it, the Decepticons appeared and pummeled down larger robots on the team. The Mini-Cons instructed the children to get to cover while they stood to defend the Lock, only for Six-Speed, Jolt, and Reverb to be utterly destroyed by Megatron's "Meteor Attack." Distraught over their untimely end, Vector Prime used his temporal abilities to undo the Mini-Cons' deaths. As events played out again, Six-Speed, Reverb, and Jolt opted to flee alongside the children, allowing Megatron free access to the artifact. This Omega Lock turned out to be yet another duplicate, and the Decepticons left as soon as they uncovered as much. Time
After setting up a network of civilian Autobots to help in their search, the Autobots received word that one of them was under attack from Thundercracker. Six-Speed was dispatched to come to her aid. The Autobot civilian then led the team to a stone with the Atlantis pattern inscribed on it. Though it wasn't the Omega Lock itself, the inscription did detail the coordinates of the next Cyber Planet Key: the Jungle Planet. Search
The next iteration of the Atlantis pattern was spotted near the ocean floor, and Six-Speed traveled alongside the rest of the Autobots to the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle to reach the seal. Tasked with exploring the nearby area while the rest of the team cleared rubble from it, Six-Speed, Jolt, Reverb, Vector Prime, and the children found their way into a cavern, which ultimately led to a control room. They discovered that Atlantis wasn't a city, but an ancient Cybertronian ship that had crashed during Earth's prehistory! In order to keep it out of the Decepticons' reach, Vector Prime activated the craft and teleported it away with only himself, the kids and Mini-Cons aboard. Deep With the Atlantis safely hidden in the shadow of the moon, Six-Speed joined the others in searching through its labyrinthine corridors, and eventually discovered the Omega Lock in the bowels of the ship. Though Megatron appeared to claim the artifact, triggering the ship's self-destruct mechanism in the process, Optimus caught up to the Decepticon and fought him for it. Each taking one of the humans within themselves for protection, the Mini-Cons escaped the Atlantis with Vector Prime's help. Optimus emerged victorious, and then left for the Speed Planet with Vector Prime and Landmine while the children and the Mini-Cons were returned to Earth by the other Autobots. Ship
With most of the team off-planet, the Mini-Cons and the kids were tasked with tracking down a few artifacts of interest. Six-Speed, Reverb, and Jolt brought the kids to a nearby university campus, where they managed to locate the first item in their scavenger hunt: an ancient Cybertronian gear, held in the office of Professor Lucy Suzuki. After confirming the artifact's location, the team drove on to South America to track down the next artifact on their list. Race Six-Speed managed to make it back to Autobot headquarters in time to catch the start of the second heat for Velocitron's Planet Cup race, cheering Hot Shot on as he secured his qualification for the next race. Detour Coby eventually grew tired of watching Hot Shot race via a monitor screen, and convinced the Mini-Cons to escort him to the Speed Planet so they could watch the competition in-person. Savage While Jolt and Coby took to the air to watch the race, Six-Speed and Reverb remained in the bleachers. There, they were discovered by Red Alert, who informed Optimus of their clandestine venture. Optimus was swayed into letting the Mini-Cons stay by Hot Shot, on the condition they help him prepare for the competition's final segment. Sand
But Hot Shot was almost unable to compete in the final heat; he had sustained too much damage in the races leading up to it. After an inspirational speech from Coby convinced the team not to give up, the Mini-Cons volunteered their support in whatever way needed for Hot Shot to win the race. Hot Shot did ultimately come out victorious, though Megatron appeared immediately afterwards to steal away his trophy. Six-Speed, Reverb, and Jolt took Coby to safety while the Autobots successfully retrieved the Planet Cup from their enemy. They then all returned to Earth, and inserted the first Key into the Omega Lock. Champion This caused the Omega Lock to emit energy waves, pointing the Autobots towards coordinates near the Earth's north pole. The team split into groups to cover more ground in investigating the area, one of which was composed of the Mini-Cons and the kids. Partway to their destination, Lori realized that they would need winter clothes, and had the Mini-Cons pull over into the town of Fairbanks, Alaska to purchase some. While in a store, Coby, Bud, and Lori bumped into Professor Suzuki, and wound up riding in her jeep the rest of the way; she was investigating strange weather phenomenon in the same area. Six-Speed, Jolt, and Reverb followed the humans from a safe distance, until they came under attack from Starscream and Mudflap. With the Cybertronians' existence already revealed to Professor Suzuki, the Mini-Cons went to the children's side while Scattorshot battled the Decepticons. Using Mudflap's gun, previously knocked to the ground during the battle, the Mini-Cons sent out a distress signal for the other Autobots to converge upon. The Decepticons were sent into a retreat, and the Autobots decided to return to base despite their search not having yielded any results. Ice

Cybertron
- Recon Mini-Con Team (Scout Class, 2004 / 2005)
- Takara name: Micron Team
- Takara ID number: GC-07
- Takara release date: December 28, 2004
- Known designers: Takashi Kunihiro (TakaraTomy)
- Six-Speed transforms into a Toyota GT-One Le Mans style race car. As a Mini-Con, he can attach to larger toys with compatible Powerlinx plugs.
- The Hasbro and Takara versions are slightly different, the primary change being differing paint applications. Takara's Galaxy Force "Blit" has white paint on his car-mode hood that Hasbro's Cybertron "Six-Speed" lacks, while Six-Speed has added racing-arrow deco on his car-mode roof that Blit lacks.
- This toy doubles as the Beast Wars: Uprising character Six-Speed. This mold was also used to make Socket, Platinum Element, Guardian Speed and Brake-Neck.

- Blit (Micron Galaxy, 2005)
- Micron Galaxy ID number: 3
- Release date: April ??, 2005
- Part of Kabaya's "Micron Galaxy" assortment of candy toys for Galaxy Force, this version of Six-Speed comes in an individual box with a small plank of chewing gum.
- Though the mold is largely identical to the normal retail version, it is in fact an entirely new tooling not gang-molded with his teammates like the original. It has a number of small differences from the original tooling, the most immediately noticeable being the lack of a "catch" on the back part of the car canopy and a green-plastic connector-joint at the neck instead of black, but side-by-side comparison reveals a ton of little differences in proportions and fine detail throughout.
- Shadow Recon Mini-Con Team (Scout Class, 2006)
- Part of the tenth and final wave of Cybertron Scouts, the Recon Team was entirely redecoed in clear-blue, clear-colorless, clear-black, and opaque-black plastics, a "stealth" coloration.

Notes
- Six-Speed's show model uses the Hasbro Cybertron toy's coloration, with the dark green-gray chest, rather than the Galaxy Force toy's white.
- A Japanese prelinimary name for the character was given as "Warpath".[1] The Japanese names for Mini-Cons often drew from G1 Mini-Vehicles, and this presumably would've been another example.
