• Ssslither was one of the title monsters in the Inhumanoids franchise, voiced in the cartoon by Neil Ross. One of two full-size Inhumanoids developed for the cancelled 1987 toyline, Ssslither appeared on the cover of a prison textbook in the episode "Cypheroid", debuted proper in "The Evil Eye" and was the focus of penultimate episode "The Masterson Team", losing a fight with his rebellious former servant Metlar.
• Ssslither was meant to appear in G.I. Joe vol. 5 #7, but Hasbro's discovery that they no longer held the rights to the Inhumanoids characters forced him to be swapped out for a Fatal Fluffy late in production.
