Okay. It's confirmed that Bruticus will be in Fall of Cybertron. How's about somebody put up an image of Bruticus from that new trailer? 68.147.45.66 16:59, 12 December 2011 (EST)

Onslaught as...leg?

The combination footage in the trailer was too quick for me to see, but does Onslaught really form Bruticus' non-Brawl leg? This is especially confusing when the page for FoC has a red-link for Swindle in the cast list...'tis most confuzzling. Bobpiecheese 04:09, 17 December 2011 (EST)

I have found a video[1] of the Combaticons combining. It shows Swindle jumping of the transport. Then Onslaught transforms into his alt. mode. Next Swindle transforms into a leg, and Brawl drops down as a leg. Then Onslaught transforms into Bruticus's chest and Vortex and Blast Off fly in to form the arms. The Grimlock Prime 19:46, 20 September 2012 (EDT)

Shockwave ?

Does the bit about Shockwave taking part in the combination have any reliable source ? It seems fairly dubious to me. Rayqui 13:22, 19 January 2012 (EST)

In Exodus, Alpha Trion claims that Shockwave was originally part of Bruticus. Tom Servo the Great 15:09, 19 January 2012 (EST)
Oh well... thanks for this information. It should be mentionned somewhere on this page. Rayqui 15:44, 20 January 2012 (EST)
The precise quote is "I have gleaned from the records the Shockwave himself was part of the original experimental team,". To me, that sounds like it's saying that Shockwave was part of the team of scientists who experimented with Bruticus, which makes far more sense, not that he was was one of the components. Jalaguy 16:20, 20 January 2012 (EST)
That is obviously not saying Shockwave was originally part of Bruticus, as much more interesting as that would be. -LV 16:31, 20 January 2012 (EST)

Generations toy color schemes

Hasbro just put up new stock photos on their Transformers facebook page of the individual Combaticons in the brighter color schemes. Thoughts? --Detour 13:31, 20 February 2012 (EST)

It's funny. They had the Game Color pics up this mornining for a few hours then changed them to these Brut Max colors. Hope we get an official statement on this at BC. It could still be either getting released really. --76.28.76.206 14:06, 20 February 2012 (EST)
Are the mass retail colors based on Energon Bruticus Maximus by any chance?--Nevermore 15:02, 19 May 2012 (EDT)

MMO pic as main pic?

Should we use the image of his Prime design from the MMO as his main pic instead of his game artwork? I ask since we've used all the Prime design images over the game design images for all those who have appeared in both designs, indicating that we hold the Prime designs to a higher regard. So, should we use this for his main pic instead of this? --Sabrblade 10:48, 9 April 2012 (EDT)

The quality of the Online image is pretty lousy, so I'm loath to use it. —Interrobang 12:35, 9 April 2012 (EDT)
Perhaps once a better one surfaces, then? --Sabrblade 00:27, 10 April 2012 (EDT)

Move the G2 Deco?

The packaging for the G2 deco of this set has full-on Generation 2 trade dress. I know there's also a skin that lets you play this in the game, but do we want to move or mirror this as a toy of G1 continuity family Bruticus?--RosicrucianTalk 20:16, 13 July 2012 (EDT)

I say no. Make a note on the G1 Bruticus page, sure, but it's pretty obvious that the G2 packaging is a humorous homage, not an intentional THIS IS SPECIFICALLY G2 BRUTICUS FROM G1. --M Sipher 20:19, 13 July 2012 (EDT)
I don't think I agree. Why wouldn't this be a G2 toy? It's sold in G2 packaging with G2 symbols, and nothing about it references FOC or anything else Alignedverse. And as I recall, the "G2" skin in the game is lacking the G2 symbols, which makes sense because we have no reason to think they exist in the Aligned continuity. -LV 22:25, 13 July 2012 (EDT)
I tend to agree with LV. I don't see any reason to not take the G2 packaging at face value. It certainly seems as if there's a stronger case for it being G2 Bruticus than FOC Bruticus. It wouldn't be the first time a video game mold has straddled continuity families. - Shellspark 22:43, 13 July 2012 (EDT)
His bio is pretty much from G1. Same tech specs. It talks about his sonic cannon and the oddly specific technique of chopping/slapping things with his hands. But the insignias should clinch it, honestly. - Starfield 11:55, 14 July 2012 (EDT)
You're gonna love his nuts. -LV 13:48, 14 July 2012 (EDT)

Okay, prompted by the absurdity of the G2 logo at the top of this page, I'm making the formal move proposal to get all of the G2-colored G2-symboled G2-packaged Combaticons to their respective G1 pages and off the Aligned guys'. -LV 13:49, 15 July 2012 (EDT)

Ooh, did Starfield put it there? I bet Starfield put it there. *checks* Starfield did put it there! Srsly, though, yeah, I'm pretty cool with putting them on the G2 guys pages. - Chris McFeely 14:45, 15 July 2012 (EDT)

Bruticus G2 Colors Toy

Should we add a section for the G2 colored Bruticus toy that is coming out? I have pictures of Bruticus, and of each of the Combaticons in their robot mode, alt. mode, and combined mode; if any are needed.-The Grimlock Prime 18:57, 20 September 2012 (EDT)The Grimlock Prime

No, since he's sold in G2 packaging, he's covered on G1 Bruticus' page. --Detour 19:08, 20 September 2012 (EDT)
What about in the Combaticons' individual pages.
No. --ItsWalky 20:16, 20 September 2012 (EDT)
