White Leo and a group of Beastformers seek one of the Water Gems so that they can end its disastrous effects on the weather.
Synopsis
Beast is suffering from extreme weather conditions as rain has not fallen in North Snarl for six months, slowly turning the continent into a desert. The cause of the problem lies in the Water Gem of Stillness, one of six powerful gems that have been lost in various places on the planet. The Beastformers locate it in the once great, now dried up Lake Sagan, and White Leo leads a party made up of Badshark, Bowdog, Bluehorse and Deaspider there to search for it.

Notes
- The effects of the Water Gem of Stillness are detailed in an earlier section of the Hero Special 4: Beastformers publication, which explains that it has the power to bring about clear skies. Too much of a good thing, apparently.
- Badshark's weapon is referred to as the "Shark Spin" when according to his profile it's named the "Bark Spin".
- Sur goes unnamed, being a hint at the then-upcoming Laser Beasts portion of the Beastformers line.
