He's the cheerful one on the far right. He'll no doubt be much less cheerful once Optimus Prime finds out...

Zetar, along with Skyfall, met up with the "surprisingly handsome" Decepticon known as Counterpunch. Unfortunately for them, their meeting was recorded by a Mini Spy, who proceeded to give the recording to Punch. The meeting was later broadcasted on ABN. Around Cybertron #4

They probably didn't live long after that.

• According to Jesse Wittenrich, Zetar's color scheme is an original "evil" deco mostly inspired by the kinds used for 1987 Decepticons.^[1][2]
