Baodu (xitoycha: 爆肚; pinyin: bàodǔ) — oshxonasining bir qismi bo‘lgan halol ichak-chovoq taomi hisoblanadi. U an’anaviy ravishda musulmon Xuey xalqi tomonidan tayyorlanadi[1].

Bu taom birinchi marta Sin (sulola) davrida qayd etilgan. Pekinda bu taomni sotuvchi ko‘plab restoranlar va ko‘cha savdogarlari mavjud. Ulardan biri 1881-yilda tashkil etilgan an’anaviy va mashhur Baodu Feng restoranidir[1].

An’anaga ko‘ra, baodu restoranining mijozlari o‘z xohishiga ko‘ra qo‘zichoq yoki mol go‘shtidan turli xil bo‘laklariga buyurtma berishlari mumkin.

Ziravorlar asosan jiang doufu, kunjut pastasi va xitoy piyozi gullaridan tayyorlangan xushta’m pastaning aralashmasidan tashkil topgan. Bundan tashqari, ta’bga qarab soya sousi, sirka, koriander yoki to‘g‘ralgan yashil piyoz kabi qo‘shimchalar qo‘shilishi mumkin.
