国际男人节（英文：International Men's Day，简称IMD）是国际上每年举行个庆祝男性作出贡献个纪念日，通常设立拉11月19号。该活动由托马斯·奥斯特于1992年2月7号创办，并拉1999年拉特立尼达搭多巴哥重启。
