春卷

春卷

春卷是用薄个面皮,卷牢馅子,经油炸中国点心。各地个馅子搭大小侪弗同,但基本是扁圆筒状。南方多用做馅子,北方多用豆沙做馅子,偶然也会用到菜,但极少用到肉。中国各春卷一般邪气小,直径20厘米盆子可以裝十几只。美国华人饭店做个春卷有肉餡,模子老大,一只春卷可以当一顿,像汉堡包一样。春卷也是满汉全席里向第二席中个一道菜。
