In the final scene of the ball game, the first view of the Mercedes' front license plate is a series of letters and numbers - like a traditional NY license plate. In the following close-up view, it is clearly '1 YAHOO'.

(at around 20 mins) When Satch gives the World Series tickets to the kids the tickets say 1969 National League Championship Series.

Every time a change occurs in Frank's time-line, the resulting changes don't catch up to the present until the exact time the change occurs in the past. However, in the present, John learns of Julia's murder within a few hours although it would not occur for another week in the past.

(at around 1h 5 mins) When 'Future John' comes up with a new suspect for the killings, Darryl, he shows his picture to Satch in the yearbook. The opposite page has writing on it. However, when shown again minutes later, the photo of 'Darryl' is opposite a page of photos of students.

(at around 15 mins) When John is looking at the scrapbook, he turns to a page with a pasted-in newspaper clip that says "Amazin's Take Game 2." In the next shot, the clip isn't pasted on but folded in half and John has to open it to see it.

The radio was a Heathkit SB301 which is only a receiver. The SB401 is the transmitter. He would need both to carry on a conversation.

(at around 20 mins) When the skeleton is dug up, the finger bones are still connected; however, during the decomposing process they always fall apart.

(at around 1h 30 mins) When Frank is at the police station and uses the aerosol can and lighter to start the fire sprinklers, he directs the flame at the smoke detector which would have only set off the audible alarm, not the sprinklers. Additionally, only the fire sprinkler head(s) that reach a certain temperature due to fire/heat in the area will activate and begin spraying water... not the entire system.

The Heathkit (receiver only) is not connected to an antenna. No wonder there's no background noise.

Finger prints are left on the wallet and then examined 30 years later. In reality these finger prints would not last much more than 10 years,

Young John Sullivan is right handed when he plays catch with his father. Old John Sullivan is later seen writing with his left hand. It's not unheard of for people to use a different hand for writing and throwing.

The plastic wrap for the wallet after 30 was old and dusty. Yet the writing on the table was 'live' and still warm to the touch. The writing was generated as Frank wrote it on the desk in the past similar to how other time changes occurred. John touched the burn expecting it to be hot but realized it wasn't.

On the jetty you can clearly see modern tagging graffiti, that type of graffiti started later than the 50's.

During a 1969 sequence, a wide-angle camera scans Manhattan (from Queens). On the left, for an instant, the completed World Trade Center is visible. It was not completed in 1969.

In 1969 when Frank is about to enter the warehouse, you see the fire truck lower hydraulic legs and you see a framing saw a bit later, neither of which existed at this time.

(at around 5 mins) In the 1969 segment, there is a glance of a record collection where you can clearly see the "Elvis Presley In Concert" double album, which was released in 1977.

When the firefighters attend the warehouse fire, they are wearing lights on their helmets that did not come into use until the 1970s.

The radios the firefighters use at the warehouse came into widespread use in the early 1980s. In 1969, they would have been carrying around radios that looked like a brick without an external microphone.

(at around 1 min) When the gasoline truck skids sideways, you can clearly see the dolly underneath the trailer which was used to make the trailer appear to skid broadside.

Around 21 minutes in, you can see a hand reaching up from behind the bed to touch the puppy when it lays down.

Addresses in Bayside, Queens don't have addresses in triple digit format. All addresses on 42nd Avenue are hyphenated. 343 42nd Avenue is not a possible address, whereas 214-02 42nd Avenue could be.

After the first change in the time line, when Frank survives the fire, John suddenly receives decades of new memories. However, when this has consequences, he only gets the memory of his mother's funeral. He should remember that Julia was a Nightingale victim.

Jack Shepard never gets his lost wallet back, but this detail gets totally forgotten, even though it would give Frank at least a bit of credibility.

In their first conversation via amateur radio, Frank tells John that he can't "broadcast" without a license. No ham would refer to two-way communication as a broadcast. The FCC rules that you have to learn in order to get your license specify that you cannot "broadcast."

Satch knows he's looking for a serial killer, but he never bothers to check Frank's alibi for the earlier Nightingale murders, he only thinks about the one in which Frank got involved.
