My Wikimedia account is a clean start account and using the same email as my old account, Nhatminh01. However, the Wikitech account is in the old name and paired with the old account, and have been disabled. Please re-enable my account (Nhatminh01 in Phabricator)

Heh, okay, but could you explain what's blocking you from using your current mediawiki.org account to create a new Phabricator account? See Phabricator/Help#Creating_your_account.

Ah, now I understand! I have enabled the account phab:Nhatminh01. If you wanted to connect that Phab account with your wiki account here, then you could add it via phab:settings/panel/external/.
In the future SUL accounts will merge with development accounts, will my Phab account be renamed to JrandWP?
