Profile Technical Support Engineer India Profession: Structural Engineer (architectural or civil engineer) Experiences: Candidate has at least

3, better 5 years of working experience, mainly in the field of structural engineering and therefore a broad knowledge in the field of structural engineering 1-2 yrs building site experience 2-3 yrs structural design experience (structural concrete and structural steel design) or 2-3 yrs experience in designing non-structural building parts such as substructure of facade and claddings, or steel frame work for M&E should understand relationship between main contractor and sub contractors knowledge of project management Candidate is able to conduct structural design of anchors and understand the design procedures of related structural and non-structural building parts. Candidate has practical hands-on capabilities (on-site test, site-visits, site trainings....) Candidate has the capability to give technical presentations or trainings to colleagues as well as to customers (decision makers, engineers, architects, contractors...). His presentation style is vivid and considers the different knowledge levels of the companys target groups. Candidate is sales orientated and is aware that his structural design and technical recommendations will contribute to a profitable growth. Candidate understands the safety critical issues of structural designing and is reliably considering those in order to increase the companys technical reputation. Candidate is self dependently upgrading his knowledge according to the business demands. Candidate has experience with cooperation to foreign companies and therefore understands the different working styles. Candidate supports team work between all parties. Job Responsibilities-:

1) Coordination with Architect & Consultant 2) Support sales team and customer in Design and specifying Fisher Anchor Fasteners in the drawings. 3) Technical training to Users, Dealers and Staff. 4) Technical Presentations to decision makers.
