Team Name: Tuple Pirates Team Members: Amit Rajawat(10CO11), Eshan Goyal(10CO27),Rohit Kumar(10CO72),Vivek Harilal Bapodra(10CO101) Project Title: Email management system Motivation: The main motivation behind this project is to improve upon the mailing system. The postal system is usually very slow, and involves a lot of human effort and manpower. An e-mail(short for electronic mail) system is very quick and requires lesser maintenance once it has been set up. Also, an e-mail system is usually more reliable than the postal system, that is, messages are less likely to be lost in an e-mail system as compared to the postal system. All that is required for a person to use an e-mail system is a computer with a working internet connection. Description: Other than sending and receiving messages , our email system serves so many other purposes. You can check, send, delete, star and view emails anytime you need to, provided you have an internet connection. The main function of email is to transfer a written message with the speed of a telephone. It's a great way for small or large businesses to participate or monitor progress on a project. You can inform many people of the same thing featuring pictures and reports much easier and quicker than via a face-to-face meeting. You can make hundreds of people aware of business meetings or anything else with the click of the mouse. Email also has no time or place constraints. We can improve our system by adding more functionalities such as saving some specific data using external storage such as cloud if the data is to be retrieved anytime and anywhere.
