Dew Point Calculation Chart

This document contains a chart that lists dew point temperatures corresponding to different combinations of ambient air temperature, relative humidity, and a barometric pressure of 30 HG. It defines dew point as the temperature at which moisture will condense on a surface, and explains that no coatings should be applied unless the surface temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point to allow for proper drying and curing. An example is given of calculating the dew point from an air temperature of 20°C and 65% relative humidity.

Dew Point:

The temperature at which moisture will condense on the surface. No coatings

should be applied unless the surface temperature is a minimum of 3C above this
point. Temperature must be maintained during curing.

Example:

If air temperature is 20C and relative humidity is 65%, the dew point is 13C. No
coating should be applied unless the surface temperature is 16C minimum.
