FRESH AIR LOUVER FOR EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE APPLICATION


Description Louvers are designed for both intake and exhaust air service in commercial applications. Total structure is weather proof and blades are inclined downwards to protect against rainwater. The fresh air louver is used to allow fresh clean air to the air handling units. Construction Fresh Air Louvers casing /frame is manufactured from extruded aluminium. Blades are inclined at 45 on 45mm blade pitch centre to minimize water ingress. Insect screen will be fitted at the backside to protect entering of insects. Insulating gasket is fixed around the back of the frame to prevent infiltration between the louver frame and casing. SAND TRAP LOUVER FOR EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE APPLICATION


Description The sand trap Louver is used as prefilter for the protection of air conditioning plants in areas exposed to extreme levels of industrial pollution. It has high degrees of separation of sand and large dust concentrations. The vertically arranged sections and open for sand drainage ensure that the sand trap louver is self-cleaning and maintenance free. Construction Sand trap Louvers with vertical slots are designed to separate dust and sand from air stream. It will separate 80 percentage of solid particles retained in the atmosphere.

The frame and baffles are made from 1.0 mm (20 Ga) thickness GI Sheet. Construction allows air stream pass through the vertical restriction where all the sand particles falling downwards are collected in a tray. Outer Casing with 25mm flange outside allows STL to be assembled along with louver and filter sections. ALUMINIUM FILTER FOR EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE APPLICATION


Description Aluminium filters are permanent filters with layers of aluminium slit and expanded into mesh of differing densities, encased in galvanized steel frame. Aluminium filters are permanent filters and are washable type panel filters made up of 9 ply aluminium filter media in single layer or two layers encased in galvanized steel frame. Construction Filter outer casing made from GI sheet of 1.2mm thickness. One end of casing closed with a door by which we can remove filter for cleaning purpose. Door fixed with Piano Hinges and door locked by means of cam lock arrangement. Outer Casing with 25mm flange outside made up of GI 18 Ga. Filter Frame: GI 22 Ga Thickness Optional: Aluminium Extrusion

HIGH EFFICIENCY FILTER FOR EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE APPLICATION


Description Polyfiber CPFRT20 model filters are flat type panel filters made up of G2/G3/G4 or F5 grade synthetic filter media. In this type the filter media pad is encased in a metallic frame (galvanized steel), bonded properly to ensure a leak-free operation. A wire mesh having 98% open area is provided on the upstream and down stream which reinforces and supports the filter media. Construction Filter outer frame made from GI sheet of 1.0mm thickness. Filter media encased by 12mm x 12mm galvanized metallic frame. Above the size of 800mm, a separate reinforcement strip will be provided to strengthen the structure. Generally high efficiency filter comes next to the aluminium washable filter.

Construction Frame and blades: 1.5mm and 1.2mm thick high quality extruded aluminium profiles. Bird screen 12mm x 12mm x 1.5mm dia aluminium wire mesh as standard. 12mm x 12mm x 1mm dia G.I. wire mesh as optional. Drain 20mm dia self drain holes at the bottom of the louver.
