C Code of Vernam Cipher - C and C++

This document contains the C code for implementing the Vernam cipher. The code takes in a 10 character plaintext as input, generates random numbers to use as a key of the same length, performs the Vernam cipher encryption by combining the plaintext and key character-by-character using modulo 26 arithmetic, and outputs the 10 character ciphertext. It also decrypts the ciphertext back to the original plaintext.
