Introduction Stress is the e otional and %hysical strain caused !y our res%onse to %ressure fro the outside #orld. Co on stress reactions include tension, irrita!ility, ina!ility to concentrate, and a &ariety of %hysical sy %to s that include headache and a fast heart!eat. Stress can destroy the ental sta!ility of any indi&idual. It is !asically a condition that a$es us unco forta!le. Stress could !e due to &arious reasons li$e financial crunch, 'o! loss, e otional and any other %ersonal reasons. *hen a %erson e+%eriences stress and an+iety due to #or$, he ay start feeling irrita!le and de%ressed all the ti e. -e ay ha&e difficulty in concentrating on the tas$ that he has to do and ay also start losing interest in his #or$.
