RAMEN.

Co
BY KEIZO SHIMAMOTO

At RAMEN.Co, we are focused on making quality Japanese comfort food on the go. In Japan, ramen and bento are often seen as satiating meals served with the speed and convenience of fast food. We want to share this with you.

RAMEN
28 days, 55 bowls, 21 different types of ramenone trip across Japan and a life of living the ramen dream is what inspired Chef Keizo Shimamoto to create the menu you see here today. Our ramen is characterized by a rich Kurobuta pork broth known as tonkotsu and customized with your choice of pork belly, chicken, beef, and egg.

RAMEN BURGER
A perfect blend of Japanese and American culture and a delicious combination of two of Chef Keizos childhood loves, the original Ramen Burger made its debut at Brooklyns Smorgasburg in the summer of 2013.
