Dear Sir/Maam,
This is to inform you that I Joginder Singh Grewal of Indian Passport No:J3059714
along with my Family wife Mrs. Mandeep Kaur of Indian Passport No :F8527838 ,son
Mr. Shivjeet Singh of Indian passport no : L3995860 & daughter Ms Harmanpreet
Kaur of Indian passport no L2750176 will be visiting Australia on a leisure trip.
All our travel arrangements have been organized by our travel agent Yatra.Com and
we are booked for their Glimpse of Australia Package 9Nights/10Days, departing
from New Delhi on 25th June 2015. We have paid non refundable advances to Yatra
against same.
I have a business of property dealer with the name of M/S Joginder Singh Properties
in Ludhiana & it stands a good rapport in business society. My wife is working as a
private Tutor and having income from same source.
I further state that my son Mr. Shivjeet singh is studying in Jatindera green field
school in 11th standard & daughter Ms Harmanpreet Kaur is studying in Tagore
public school in 8th Class .They are going during their summer holidays
I further state that I myself would be taking care all the expense with regard to
boarding, lodging and other incidental expenditure.
All related documents I.E bank statements, Income tax proofs & business proofs has
been enclosed for your kind reference. I would be highly obliged if the necessary
tourist visa is granted to us at your earliest.
Hence, I authorize the representative of Yatra.com to collect the passport on my
behalf. Enclosed please find the visa forms duly filled and signed with my valid
passport, photographs and the relevant documents required for your kind perusal.
