Sequencing Lesson
Lesson sequences is prepare lessons in order which are connected
together. Lesson sequences have positive and negative affect
especially on teacher.
The positive of lesson sequences is help the teacher to prepare a
lesson plan in short time. Because she already give students a big
idea at the first lesson of each unit. Then, in next lessons which are
related to the first lesson will be as a review and the teacher will
add a small idea or structure to it. These lesson will be easy and fun
in the same time for both teacher and students, because all of they
have a background about the main idea of the unit. For example, if
the unit is about subtraction, the first lesson will be a little difficult
for the teacher to teach the students. Also, students may face a
problem to understand the lesson. So, the teacher will use a lot
ways trying to reach the basic idea to students mind. After that, the
next lesson will be about subtraction two digit numbers or
subtraction three digit numbers. These two lesson will be very easy
for teacher and her students because all of them are automatically
get used to it.
On the other hand, lesson sequences has a negative side and I think
it is only effect on teacher. When the teacher will prepare the to the
lesson sequences, she should find a variety of activities to interact
students and avoid them to get boring.
