INITIAL HEARING /
PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE
UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL FOR PLAINTIFFS, to this Honorable
Court most respectfully MOVES for the adjustment of the schedule of
the initial hearing/preliminary conference of the above-entitled case
from 26 AUGUST 2008 at 8:30 AM to SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 at
2:00 oclock in the afternoon or September 18, 2008 in the
morning.
This adjustment of hearing date is requested due to conflict of
schedule with counsels commitment as BAR Pre-Week Reviewer of
PRIMUS Review Center on Administrative Law in Manila on August 26,
2008 and Conference of Philippine Mediation Center Supervisors at SCPHILJA on 29 August 2008, and will be returning back to Tacloban on
August 30, 2008. Attached hereto is the Primus brochure.
