AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I, NICARDO Q. ESPINOSA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
105 Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City, after having been first sworn according to
law, hereby depose and state: THAT--1. I purchased from HONDA MOTORWORLD INC., 2F Borromeo Bldg.,
Leon Kilat St., Cebu City through RONALD TERAZA, Branch Manager of Honda
Motorworld at Sagkahan, Tacloban City, a WAVE 125 motorcycle, Model NF 125;
the remaining balance as of March 22, 2007 is only P22,832.00;
2. I shall undertake to pay the remaining balance of P22,832.00 on or
before April 30, 2007;
3. As proof of my sincerity to settle my remaining balance with Honda
Motorworld, I am executing this sworn undertaking; otherwise, should I not keep
my word of honor on 30 April 2007, Honda Motorworld may proceed to recover
the subject motorcycle from me without need of judicial proceedings.
AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2 April 2007 at
Tacloban City.
