The Development Review Committee meeting on March 7, 2016 will review 3 development proposals: 1) A 48.86 acre proposal by Adventist HealthCare, Inc. in the Fairland area for 1 lot in zones LSC/I-1/I-3. 2) A 2.77 acre proposal by Sara Vazer in the Travilah area for 2 lots in zone RE-1. 3) A 62.18 acre proposal by Friends House, Inc. in the Cloverly area for 1 lot, which will be a discussion item only, in zone RE-2. The next DRC meeting will be on March 21, 2016.
