Title: Water level controller with LCD screen.

Feature:

1. Shows the level of water in Over-head Tank i.e. 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and
full.
2. When Over-head Tank empty Motor starts automatically.
3. When Motor is on and under ground tank goes empty Motor stops
automatically, LCD shows message of Under ground tank empty and buzzer
rings.
4. LCD also shows the status of Motor i.e. On or Off.

Components and devices used:

1. Micro-controller (AT89S52)

2. LCD (16*2)

1. Sensor (simple copper wire can be used)


2. Buffer IC
3. Regulated power supply(+5 V DC)

Application & future extension:

1. This device can be used as home appliance


2. Water, Electricity and Burning of motor can be saved, in this manner this
system can be used as energy saver.
3. Program can be modified to measure the quantity of water in the tank i.e.
amount in liture
4. No of sensing levels can be increased as per the requirement.
5. By using appropriate sensor this device can be used in chmical plant and
similar industries.
