Earth tester, cable fault locator, multimeter, clamp meter, ammeter, phase sequence meter and frequency meter are electrical testing and measurement tools. The earth tester can perform 3 and 4 stake earth resistance measurements with 0.2% accuracy. The cable fault locator uses Murray loop technique to locate faults in 11kV cables. Various multimeters, ammeters, and meters are available from Fluke with different voltage and current ranges to test and measure electrical parameters. Insulation and megger testers from Megger can measure insulation resistance up to 10kV.
