Officers responded to the above location on a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located one BM, 18 yrs, DOA.

MFD responded to a fire at this location. Structure is a 3-story wood frame house that is in foreclosure. Entry was forced onto
the 1st floor. The fire had been in a stuffed chair & sofa & crews stated they smelled gasoline in the house. Further fire was
found on the floor in the front living room & on the 2nd floor on the carpet in about a 5 ft. circle. OT1 is the owner’s sister &
stated people were constantly hanging out on the porch & going inside. Fire patterns & use of accelerant confirmed the cause
of the fire is considered arson. No suspects. No injuries. Property damage is $15,000 & contents $200.

15XX Glenwood Ave Tuesday 5/25/10 0805 hrs 10-148637
V1/WM, 25-35 yrs, a Special Education Assistant at the above location, was assaulted by S1/WM, 11 yrs. The weapon was a
pencil & the wound was deep enough to cause bleeding & need treatment. Also, part of the pencil could still be in V1’s hand.
S1 had been brought to the quiet room & became physically & verbally disruptive. V1 was trying to contain S1, & reached for
the pencil in S1’s hand, when he was stabbed in his left hand & threatened further by S1. S1 was sent home from school prior
to officer’s arrival.

V1/BM, 18 yrs, stated he was walking when he saw a group of about 5 unknown BM’s & 2 BF’s, who were walking towards
him. One of the suspects punched V1 in the face, knocking him to the ground. While on the ground, another suspect grabbed
V1’s wallet & ran off. The suspect who struck the victim was described as a BM, skinny, 15-17 yrs, fade haircut, wearing a
white t-shirt. Loss is 2 Visa credit cards. Suspects GOA.

V1/WM, 47 yrs & V2/WM, 36 yrs, were waiting for friends in a vehicle in the rear parking lot of the above location. V1 was
in the back seat driver’s side, & V2 was in the back seat passenger’s side, when 3 unknown BM suspects, 20-30 yrs, pulled
open the vehicle doors & demanded money. V1 didn’t have any possessions, so nothing was taken from him, but he was
punched in the face, which caused a cut on the upper right side of his lip. V2 tried to hold onto his wallet, but suspects
eventually got it & fled. Loss included an ID card & $650 in cash.

Officers dispatched to an attempt robbery of person call. V1/mixed race male, 15 yrs, stated 4 unknown BM’s walked up to
him & AP1/BM, 13 yrs, asked if he had money. When V1 stated he didn’t, the 4 BM’s assaulted him with kicks & punches.
V1’s forehead swelled & he had an injury to his left ankle. 2AP’s, 13 yrs, were transported to the Juvenile Unit for
processing. No loss.

Officers were dispatched to an assault in progress & found V1/WF, 45 yrs, lying on the ground bleeding from the mouth.
V1 stated 3 unknown BM’s, 14-16 yrs, approached her at the bus stop, grabbed the phone out of her pocket, & punched V1 in
the face. Suspects were GOA. V1 was transported via ambulance to the hospital. Stolen phone is valued at $50.

V1/WF, 22 yrs, was walking home & noticed she was being followed by a group of 3-4 teenage BM’s that she did not know.
V1 was hit from behind on the right side of her face with an unknown hard object. Suspects then held an object to V1’s head,
which she thought was a gun & demanded her purse. V1 complied & ran home. V1 had a swollen right eye & was transported
to the hospital. Suspects GOA. Loss includes credit & ID cards, & V1’s purse valued at $200.

Officers dispatched to a male down at this location. V1/BM, 51 yrs, was found lying in the alley & appeared to have been
assaulted. V1 stated he had been biking past 3 unknown BM suspects, 10-13 yrs., & didn’t remember what happened.
V1 stated his wallet, bike, & cell phone were missing. V1 had very little info about the suspects, & was transported to the
hospital via ambulance. Suspects GOA.

Officers responded to the listed address on a robbery of person in progress. W1 observed S1/BM, 28-32 yrs, with dreadlocks,
wearing a black t-shirt, pointing a handgun at V1/AM, 27 yrs & V2/AF, 33 yrs, near a vehicle behind this address. V1
advised officers he was at the rear of the address, meeting a friend when 3 unknown BM’s approached, all holding revolvers in
their hands. The suspects demanded money & anything of value from the 2 victims then fled. Loss included $500 in cash; ID;
a purse; & a Motorola cell phone. No injuries.

Officers responded to the hospital to talk with V1/WM, 41 yrs, who stated he was called to deliver food to the above address.
Unknown S1/BM, 17-20 yrs, met V1 at the address, but did not have enough money. When S1 went behind the house to get
more money, unknown S2/BM, 17-20 yrs, came from behind the house & ran up & hit V1 in the left side of his face with an
unknown object, knocking him to the ground. S1 demanded money, but V1 was able to get up & run back to his vehicle before
suspects could take anything besides the food delivery. V1 treated at the hospital.

V1/BF, 39 yrs, parked her vehicle directly in front of her home. As V1 exited the vehicle, she observed unknown S1/BM, 22-
23 yrs, dark complexion, short dreadlocks, riding a bike very slowly & unknown S2/BM, 22-23 yrs, walking towards her. S1
pushed V1 down & ripped the satchel off the front of her body, slinging her head backwards. Suspects then fled. Loss
includes a wallet with 2 credit cards, $220 in cash, along with V1’s house & car keys. V1 did not require medical attention.

V1/BM, 39 yrs, & V2/BM, 28 yrs, came into the Precinct to report an Aggravated Robbery that occurred at the above time &
address. Victims stated they were in a garage playing dice for money with 4 other parties as well as S1/BM, 23-23 yrs, &
S2/BM, 20-22 yrs. When S1 was losing money, he pulled out a large black semi-automatic handgun & pointed it at the victims
& others. S1 demanded they all get down on the ground while S2 went through their pockets, taking items from them. No
injuries. Loss included $700 in cash; $1400 in jewelry; 2 cell phones valued at $200 (total); & a wallet with ID card.

V1/BM, 19 yrs, V2/BF, 19 yrs, V3/BF, 18 yrs, & V4/BM, 20 yrs, were standing at the bus stop at this location when they were
approached by unknown S1/BM, 20-25 yrs, 5’7”, dark complexion, chinstrap beard, moustache, short fade, blk jacket w/red t-
shirt, dark jeans & white tennis shoes, & unknown S2/BM, 20-25 yrs, 6’, light complexion, short fade, black doo rag, wearing
a blk jacket with a red t-shirt. S1 produced a silver revolver, while S2 displayed a black revolver & both demanded victims’
belongings. S1 put the revolver to V4’s ribs & S2 pointed his revolver at the other 3 victims. After obtaining valuables,
suspects fled on foot. No injuries. Loss includes $78 in cash; a 14k gold necklace; 2 cell phones; & an expensive purse.

30th Ave N & Bryant Ave N Tuesday 5/25/10 1836 hrs 10-147843
Officers were dispatched to the listed location the report of 2 BM’s who were armed with handguns. Officers found 2 males
who matched the descriptions & they were arrested. AP1/BM, 13 yrs, had a replica firearm & was tagged for same. AP2/BM,
14 yrs, had a black 1.77 cal. BB gun & was booked at the Juvenile Unit for PC Weapons.
