Editor Controls

This document lists keyboard shortcuts for navigating and editing notes in the UltraStar Deluxe editor. It includes shortcuts for general functions like saving, playing notes/pages, and quitting. G Creates a golden note
F Creates a freestyle_note
Shift + C Clears duplicated notes and corrects all spaces
Strg + Del Deletes selected note
Creates a new note (switch pages to display the lyrics

You have to use Numpad here:
+ Increase every note pitch by 1 (semitone)
- Decrease every note pitch by 1 (semitone)
Strg + Up Arrow Key Increase every note pitch by 1 (semitone)
Strg + Down Arrow Key Decrease every note pitch by 1 (semitone)
Shift + ”+” Increase every note pitch by 12
Shift + ”-” Decrease every note pitch by 12
Lyrics
F4 Change lyric of selected note
C Change first lyric of every line in capital letters
> Moves current lyric to the next note
T Correct the linebreaks
/ Creates a linebreak in front of the selected note
Shift + / Deletes the linebreak after the selected note
Gap
( Increase Gap by 10 ms
Shift + ( Increase Gap by 1000 ms
) Decrease Gap by 10 ms
Shift + ) Decrease Gap by 1000 ms
Bpm
Do not use Numpad here:
+ Increase bpm by 0.05
- Decrease bpm by 0.05
Strg + ”+” Increase bpm by 0.01
Strg + ”-” Decrease bpm by 0.01
Shift + ”+” Increase bpm by 1
Shift + ”-” Decrease bpm by 1
M Duplicates bpm and note timings by 2
D Divides bpm and note timings by 2
