How to configure Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Zimbra? Here are the steps for configure Outlook 2007.

Other desktop client similar to this one 1. Open "Outlook 2007". 2. Select "Tool" and then "Account Settings from the pull down menu. 3. In the Account Settings window select E-mail tab and click new. . 4. Check "Manually configure server settings", and click "Next"

5. Check "Internet E-mail", and click Next.

6. Input the following data; o User Information Input your name in "Your Name" Input your E-mail address in "E-mail address"

Server Information, select IMAP as Account type Input www.palslib.org in "Incoming mail server". Input www.palslib.org in "Outgoing mail server". Logon Information Input your full email address in "User name". Input your password in "Password". Check "remember password" Click on "More Settings..."

7. Click on "Outgoing server" tab.


Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and use same settings as my incoming mail server Click on "OK"

8. Click on Advanced Tab and select SSL from the Use the following type of encrypted connection dropdown boxes. The Outgoing Server (SMTP) Port also needs to be changed to 465.

9. Click on "Next", then Finish", Then Close

You will then see your e-mails in the inbox under your e-mail address folder section, not the Personal Folders section.
