Job Discription: of MEP COORDINATOR Preparation, submission and updating of the project programme of works in coordination with main

n contractors project programme. experience including project planning through Primavera software Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of: Project detailed construction programme Project material procurement schedule. Project cost loaded schedule. Project labor histograms Project short term programmes (weekly, monthly) Based on site progress, reporting to Project Director regarding activities on critical path. Preparation of recovery programmes in association with Construction-in-charges and Senior Engineers. Follow-up subcontractors programme. Initiation / responding to all planning/time related correspondence to Engineers/subcontractors. Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client. Attend all site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors. Preparation and maintenance of the project As Built Programme Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labour for all trades. Liaison, preparation and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate/support claims (if applicable) at the post constructions stage. Prepare feedback for all production rates of all tasks at the post construction stage.
Job Description

Candidate must have min 5 years experience in the oil and/or gas industry or similar process industry and has project planning and scheduling experience on large to mega projects.

Has the capability to prepare all levels of project schedules, monitor project progress and ensure projects milestones are met. Has the ability to present project schedule to management and to prepare recovery plans in case of schedule slippage. Must have thorough knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures. Must be experienced on the latest version of Primavera software.
