Intuitive Coaching Overview

The Intuitive Coaching Program overview aims to help participants learn practical tools to increase their coaching effectiveness through intuition. The 8 module course focuses on developing participants' intuitive skills and bringing those skills into their coaching. Participants will learn techniques for tuning into and trusting their intuition, as well as how to coach clients intuitively through powerful questions, insights, and supporting clients' own intuition. The goal is for coaches to feel able and confident dealing with challenging coaching situations.

Intuitive Coaching Program Overview

Training program goals: For participants to have practical experiences and learn new tools that add value to a coaching series. Measurable objectives: 1. Learn how to use intuition to increase the coaching effectiveness in a variety of contexts. 2. Have the ability and confidence to deal with challenging situations and clients. 3. Significantly increase the coachs ability to facilitate awareness and change with their clients. 4. To develop competency in 3 core ICF Competencies Approach and methodology: The course will include and focus on role plays, group discussion, introducing you to methods to increase your intuitive skills. We concentrate in the first half of the program on allowing you to uncover your intuitive voice, and then in the second half on bringing that voice to your coaching: Pre-requisites: Participants are required to have completed the Intensive Coach Training program or Workplace Coach Training Program and are recommended to this program if they are pursuing a personal or business coaching focus. Participants are also required to be coaching a minimum of two clients during the program.
