Age: ( For Sr. No-1 to 4)- Not less than 25 years or not more than 50 years on or before the 1st day of the month next preceding the last date of submission of applications. (For Sr. No-5 & 6 ) - Not less than 22 years or not more than 40 years on or before the 1st day of the month next preceding the last date of submission of applications. (For Sr. No-7 & 8 )- Not less than 18 years or not more than 40 years on or before the 1st day of the month next preceding the last date of submission of applications. Note :- ( For Sr. No 5 to 8)- The age is relaxable for 5 years in the case of internal candidates. Note : 1. These posts will be governed by the Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak Act, 2008/Haryana Medical Education Service (HMES) Rules, 1988 (amended from time to time)/ HMES (Amendment) Rules, 2007 and as per amendment issued by the Govt. on 29.4.2011. For Sr. No-7 & 8 will be governed by the .B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak Act, 2008/ Haryana Medical Education Department Miscellaneous (Group-B) Service Rules, 1999as amended from time to time. The experience gained in a Medical College not recognized by the MCI will not be counted towards teaching experience. The degree of undergraduate/postgraduate/DM/M.Ch./Ph.D etc. not recognized by the MCI will render the candidate ineligible. The qualification and experience will be counted upto the last date of receipt of applications. Details of the Research work/Publications (in annotated form) indicating index/non- index alongwith attested copies and best five research works alongwith citations supported by relevant documents must also be furnished. Any other relevant outstanding National/Inter-national achievements in the profession supported by the documents, if any, must also be supplied.

Non-Medical Teachers may be appointed to the extent of 30% of the total number of posts in the departments of Anatomy, Pharmacology and Physiology. However, in the Department of Biochemistry, non medical Teachers may be appointed to the extent of 50% of the total number of posts in the department. A non-medical approved Medical M.Sc. qualification shall be a sufficient qualification for appointment as Teacher (Assistant Professor) in the subject concerned but for promotion to higher teaching post, a candidate must possess a Ph.D. Degree in the subject. If no eligible candidate belonging to BC category for the post of Teacher (Assistant Professor) in Pathology is available, the said post(s) will be filled up from amongst the candidates belonging to G.C. So, the candidates belonging to G.C. may also apply for the posts reserved for the said categories in these departments only. Relaxation of one year post-PG experience in Anatomy, Physiology & Bio-Chemistry Departments if eligible candidates are not available, is subject to confirmation by the Executive Council, Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL THE POSTS

The candidate already in Govt. /Semi Govt. /Corporation or Autonomous Body Service should apply through proper channel and he/she may send advance copy of the application to avoid delay but the application through proper channel must reach in due course of time. The candidate who is in service will have to produce No Objection Certificate from his/her parent department/employer at the time of interview otherwise he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview. Submission of incomplete application i.e. without attested copies of testimonials/academic career, experience certificate/attempt certificate may rendered the candidate ineligible. Number of posts are liable to increase or decrease either way, including complete withdrawal. The benefit of reservation, including the benefit of relaxation in upper age limit in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions issued from time to time and is restricted to Haryana Domiciles only. The abbreviation GC stands for General Category, SC for Scheduled Castes, BC for Backward Classes and PH for Physically Handicapped.
