Vision With the view of helping, realizing the dreams of engineers, who were interested in cracking Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) & Public Sector Units (PSUs) Entrances, TARGATE EDUCATION was founded in the year of 2010 with just 15 students in Bilaspur ; who trusted our simple vision of enlightening the deserving minds. With the support of its students, well-wishers and mentors TARGATE EDUCATION has today become a true phenomenon. The highly efficient TEAM of researchers/scientists backed with competent management group has been the reason for success story. Our vision is to become a pre-eminent educational group that works towards the overall enhancement of the society and inspire the greatest mind of the country. About Faculty All the faculties in TARGET Education are postgraduate (M.Tech) from the reputed institutions (IIT, IIIT, and HBNI) and are currently associated with the research field. We believe in, along with the theoretical knowledge a proper practical exposure about the current trends in technology is equally important for the students. Thinking process combined with the rigorous classroom work creates a healthy study environment. Our faculties who are expertise in their respective areas, lay emphasis on both of these aspects and the motive is always to yield the best performance.
Teaching Methodology In TARGATE, we apply the classical teaching methods laying more emphasis on the classroom works and discussions. A very basic and fell easy approach is used to the subject making the students feels it tangible. Theoretical concepts with quality questions are discussed during the class hours and topic wise additional sheets are provided for further practice. The motive is always to provide an interactive and competitive environment for the students where new ideas can be nurtured paving the way for achieving excellence. About Materials Our expert team believes that in aid to the classroom work, the quality of material plays a vital role in cracking any competitive exam. In TARGATE, we aim to provide; the best quality materials & practice sheets; covering a wide range of in-house designed quality problems & topic wise questions from previous year GATE papers. For achieving this, we have a strong backup team who are continually working to provide the updated material covering maximum number of quality problems. 8-12 Booklets. 50-60 Sheets for the practice at home. 50-70 Tests Classroom with website/class solutions.
Transport Convenience For the hostel students living near the Koni region in Bilaspur the auto rickshaws are readily available. The institute is located merely 4 Kms from this region. The students can also access shared auto at their convenience. The transport facilities are easily available from the other areas as well. For further details about the location you can also refer to the map. Location TARGATE EDUCATION, Ground Floor, Below Old Arpa Bridge, Jabdapara, SARKANDA Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)-495001 Scheduling Strategy From our past working experience with 6 engineering colleges (pertains from three different universities) in Bilaspur, we inferred that the Universities/colleges has got different schedule in terms (Semester exams, mid term, training programs etc.), hence it becomes difficult to bring students from these colleges into the common platform in 7 days classes. Time constraint becomes the main limitation as the students have to deal with the curriculum studies also. In our institute, we emphasized particularly on this matter and the classes are scheduled for the convenience of the students.
Hence Classes will be held on Saturday and Sunday followed by the doubt session & Test will be held on every Friday. Highlights: Separate morning batch, especially designed for girls and passed out students. Evening batch for the convenience of the students residing outside. Convenient time schedule (Saturday, Sunday with test on Fridays). Library Facility The recommended books and previous years question papers required for the preparation of GATE and PSUs are available in the institutes library. A wide range of books are available which can be accessed by the students within the library.

GATE
About GATE Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISC), Bangalore and seven Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) on second Sunday in February. GATE is comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate
subjects in Engineering & Technology. The GATE score of a candidate reflects a relative performance level in a particular paper in the exam across several years. The score is used for admissions to postgraduate engineering programs (e.g. M.E, M.Tech, direct Ph.D.) in Indian higher educational institutes with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other Governmental agencies. The score may also be used by Public sector units for employment screening purposes Eligibility Criteria (For GATE-2013) Qualifying Degree (B.E/ B.Tech. /B.Arch) Qualifying degree/examination (4th year or completed in 2013). Year of qualification cannot be later than 2013. Degree certificate/ Provisional certificate/ Course
