INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM The processing of application form is based on the information filled by the

candidate. Any error committed intentionally or otherwise may result in cancellation of your candidature. Select Post of (any one from Trafic Cadre, Engineering Cadre, Accounts Officer) Select Preferred test centre locations 1 and location 2 Enter your full name (as it appears in your SSLC/SSC/10th class mark sheet). Enter your fathers name. (Please don't type Shri/Smt/Mr./Mrs./Ms/Dr.., etc in front of name) Enter your mothers name. (Please don't type Shri/Smt/Mr./Mrs./Ms/Dr.., etc in front of name) Select your Date of birth (Day, Month and Year). Select Gender (Male or Female). Marital Status (Select Married if married otherwise select Unmarried) Enter number of children alive as on 01.06.2002 (only if married) [If more than one child born at the same time (twins or triplets), consider as one child only] Enter number of children born and alive after 01.06.2002 (only if married). [If more than one child born at the same time (twins or triplets), consider as one child only] Enter number of children alive at the time of filling of application form (only if married). Select your Domicile State (Your Home State). Enter home district. Select which category you belong to (General, SC, ST, OBC, SBC). Select any other category (like Blind/Partial Vision, Hearing Impaired or Ex-Servicemen (Army Only)) Select specific category only for female (Only if applicable). Enter your address (H.No, Street, nearby land mark), where the communication could be sent to you. Enter your city or village name. Enter your Tehsil. Enter your District. Enter your State. Enter your PIN code. Enter your Telephone number (If available only). Enter your mobile number. (For communication via SMS). Enter your own personal email ID. (For communication over electronic media. Please enter only your personal email id and not shared email ids). th Select Year of Passing 10 Board. Enter Name of Board you have appeared in 10th . th Enter Percentage of mark obtained in 10 Board. (Percentage must be between 1 to 100 only). th Enter year of passing 10+2 which must be later than the year of passing of 10 Board. th Enter Name of Board you have appeared in 12 . Enter Percentage of mark obtained in 10+2 (Percentage must be between 1 to 100 only). th Enter year of passing Graduation which must be later than the year of passing 12 . Enter the Name of the University, where you did Graduation. Enter Percentage of mark obtained in Graduation. (Percentage must be between 1 to 100 only).

If you are a Post Graduate, fill the following 3 details also. 35. Enter Year of passing PG (if applicable). 36. Enter Name of the University, where you did PG (if applicable). 37. Enter Percentage of marks obtained in PG (if applicable). If you have any Employment Experience in (RSRTC or Govt undertaking Organizations)

Select employer. If you dont have experience select No. If you have experience (in RSRTC or Govt Undertaking organizations) then enter Name of employer. Enter Post (designation) held. Select Period of service as on date. (Year(s), Month(s) and Day(s)). Click on the declaration button. Check and verify the information filled by you before pressing the submit details button. Press the submit details button.

Wherever any correction is required or data is not entered, a message for correction will appear. Correct the same and then click on Submit details button. 45. If you have clicked on Submit button, this will take you to another screen with the details filled. At the bottom of this screen you have the option to Edit the data again or click on Confirm to continue. If you find any corrections to be done click on Edit details button. If you feel everything is correct you can click on Confirm and continue button. 46. Note down your Application Form no. and Date of Birth filled by you. (You have to use this form no. and your date of birth to login for completing the registration process) If you have all the above you can continue by clicking on Click here to enter receipt details button. Otherwise you can close the current window and get ready with required scanned copies. To fill your subsequent part of on-line application form, select Click here if you have form number option. 47. 48. 49. 50. 51. Enter fee receipt details Select Fee paid Depot. Enter amount paid at Depot. Enter fee receipt number. Select the fee paid date.

Note: Scanned / digital copy of your recent passport size colored photo (taken on or after 01-01-2013) and signature in the prescribed format (jpg or jpeg, size preferably up to maximum 35 KB) and Fee Receipt will be required for filling subsequent part of the online application form. Therefore, keep the same ready and handy. Be very careful while scanning your photo and signature. You should first put your signature in an area of about 2" 1" on blank paper with a black ball point pen. Scan this paper. Cut/ select only signature area (2" 1") and save it as jpg or jpeg (do not upload your signature in A4 size format / full paper), and upload your passport size photo and fee receipt. Do not make any mistake in uploading signature, photograph and Fee Receipt. 52. Once you have completed entering the fee receipt details and click on submit, the system will ask for uploading (Photo, Signature and Fee Receipt). 53. Select type of file to upload. (You need to select three files for upload individually) 54. Click on choose file button and access the path. 55. Click on upload. Repeat step 53 to 55 to upload (Photo, Signature and Fee Receipt) 56. Check change in status and move your mouse at each line under status to preview each image as uploaded by you. 57. After uploading, Press submit button. 58. Print copy of the application form. 59. You can take print out of your registration form whenever required, from the site by accessing the option Click here if you have form number.
