We FADE IN on a light drizzle outside. We pan back and we end up in…

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD: LIVING ROOM

Inside the living room. We see a 18 year old girl named BREE, barefooted, watching
TV. Next to her, we see a 9 year old girl, KARINA (DEWEY and GALE’s daughter). We
see that the movie The Wolf Man is on. We hear the phone ring. Bree gets up from
the couch and answers the phone.

BREE
Hello?

There is no answer.

BREE
Hello? Hello?

Bree is about to hang up when…

DEWEY
Hello. Sorry. It’s me Dwight.

BREE
Oh. Mr. Riley. Is there something wrong?

DEWEY (PHONE)
Oh, no. I’m just checking up to see how Karina’s doing.

BREE
Oh, she’s doing good. We are just sitting down to watch a movie.

DEWEY (PHONE)
What movie? It's not too scary is it?

BREE
No, it's The Wolf Man with Lon Channey Jr.

DEWEY (PHONE)
Oh that’s good. Um, you did make sure that all the doors are locked right?

BREE
Yes.

DEWEY (PHONE)
Are you sure?

BREE
Yes.
We see a smile go across Bree’s face.

DEWEY (PHONE)
Ummm. Did you make Karina something to eat?

BREE
Yes.

DEWEY (PHONE)
Did you-

BREE (Laughing a little)

DEWEY (PHONE)
OK. Well, call me if you need any-

GALE (BACK GROUND ON PHONE)

DEWEY (PHONE)
Just call me if you need anything.

BREE
OK. I will. Bye.

DEWEY (PHONE)
Bye.

Bree hangs up the phone.

INT. MOVIE THEATER

Dewey hangs up. Gale smiles at Dewey.

GALE
You know, you worry way too much.

DEWEY
Hey, if I don’t, who will?

GALE
Same old Dewey.

DEWEY
Seriously! If I don’t, who will?

Gale walks away.

Dewey watches Gale walk away.

DEWEY
Same old, same old.

Dewey catches up with Gale. We see them entering the theater room with the title
Stab Part XIII. In front of the theater room we see a man with a bucket.

MAN WITH BUCKET

Gale turns to Dewey.

GALE
Do you want to do it?

Dewey smiles.

DEWEY
Go ahead. We need a Blu-Ray player.

Dewey and Gale put their numbers in the bucket and enter the theater room.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: STAB PART XIII THEATER ROOM

Dewey and Gale get to their seats. All around them we see people running around
with Ghostface masks. Dewey turns to Gale.

DEWEY
Good thing that all these killings ended ten years ago right?

GALE (LAUGHS)
Yeah. It’s been pretty boring though.

DEWEY
Boring? I’m your husband. I’m the excitement in your life.

Gale looks at Dewey and smiles.

GALE
Yeah, that’s why.

Gale laughs as she kisses Dewey.

GALE
I’m kidding.
Gale put her arm around him.

DEWEY
Yeah you better be.

Dewey smiles. The theater room goes black and the audience starts clapping.

DEWEY
Let’s see if this is good. After the first 2 they started going downhill.

GALE
Yeah.

DEWEY
Yeah. I missed Jennifer Jolie in Part 3.

Gale turns to Dewey and gives him a look.

DEWEY
What? She was the only woman that could play the character good.

GALE
You mean me good?

Dewey smiles.

DEWEY
Yeah.

The movie starts.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: OUTSIDE STAB XIII THEATER ROOM

We see Man With Bucket walking past the woman’s bathroom, when suddenly, we
see a black gloved hand reach out and grab him and pull him into the woman’s
restroom. We hear the noise of a knife being stabbed into him repeatedly.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: STAB PART XIII THEATER ROOM

Dewey’s phone starts vibrating. Dewey looks at his phone.

DEWEY
It’s Bree.

Dewey turns to Gale.

DEWEY
It’s Bree. I’ll be right back.
GALE
OK.

Dewey exits the movie theater room.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: OUTSIDE STAB XIII THEATER ROOM

DEWEY
Hello Bree. Is there anything wrong?

BREE (PHONE)
Oh no. Karina is just hungry.

DEWEY
Again? Wow, I remember when I was that age, I was your regular fatass. Brings back
a lot of memor-

BREE (PHONE)
Mr. Riley?

DEWEY
Yes?

BREE (PHONE)
I was just wondering if she is allergic to Peanut butter.

DEWEY
Oh yeah sorry. Yes she is.

BREE (PHONE)
Oh OK. Because I was about to make her a PB&J sandwich.

DEWEY
I’m glad you called.

BREE (PHONE)
What should I make her then?

DEWEY
Ummm.

BREE (PHONE)
She wanted cookies.

Dewey laughs.

DEWEY
Just like her mom when somebody beats her to a story.

Dewey laughs.
DEWEY
Uhh. Just order a pizza. I’ll pay you back when Gale and I get back.

BREE (PHONE)
Ok. Thank you! I’ll just order a pizza. Bye.

DEWEY
OK. Bye.

Dewey hangs up, when suddenly his phone rings again. Dewey looks at the caller ID
and notices that it is Bree again.

DEWEY
Hey Bree. Is everything alright? Did you forget to ask me some-

BREE (GHOSTFACE)
No. Everything is fine. I was just going to ask how you were doing.

DEWEY
What? I’m fine.

BREE (GHOSTFACE)
Are you sure about that?

DEWEY
Yeah I’m-

Suddenly we see a gloved hang grab Dewey’s mouth. The hand pulls Dewey into the
bathroom.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: WOMAN’S BATHROOM

Dewey slides across the bathroom floor. Dewey looks up and sees GHOSTFACE
running at him.

DEWEY
Hooooo *beep*

Dewey gets up right as Ghostface swings his blade at him. Dewey dodges it just in
time. Ghostface stabs at Dewey. Dewey grabs Ghostface’s hand. The two struggle as
Ghostface tries to bury his knife into Dewey. Ghostface slices Dewey’s arm.

DEWEY
ARG!

Dewey slams Ghostface into the bathroom stall. Dewey slams Ghostface’s hand on
the bathroom stall repeatedly, until Ghostface releases the knife. Dewey punches
Ghostface in the face and runs out of the bathroom.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: OUTSIDE STAB XIII THEATER ROOM

THREE GIRLS
Pervert!

The three girls enter the bathroom. Dewey ignores them and runs towards the STAB
XIII THEATER ROOM.

INT. MOVIE THEATER: STAB PART XIII THEATER ROOM

Dewey runs to his seat.

DEWEY
We need to get out of here. We need to get home.

GALE
Dewey. Don’t worry about Bree and Karina. Bree can handle it.

DEWEY
No, I’m not worried about them. I’m worried about us.

GALE
Why?

Gale looks at Dewey’s bleeding arm.

GALE
Oh God. What happened?

DEWEY
Someone tried to kill me in the woman’s bathroom.

Gale looks at Dewey.

DEWEY
Hey, don’t give me that look. He- Or- Or she- Or. Or. Or shim! Yeah shim! Pulled me
in there. We have to go now. We aren’t safe. I don’t care what you say.

Dewey grabs Gale’s arm. Gale gets up and the two walk towards the exit. When…

Dewey’s phone rings. Dewey looks at the Caller ID and it says Bree.

DEWEY
It’s Bree.

Dewey answers the phone.

DEWEY
Hello Bree?

GHOSTFACE (PHONE)
Hello, Deputy.

Dewey’s eyes widen.

GALE
What? Is it Bree?

Dewey moves away from the phone.

DEWEY
It’s the killer.

Gale’s eyes widen. Dewey returns to the phone.

DEWEY
What do you want?

GHOSTFACE (PHONE)
Hm. It’s not what I want. It’s what you want.

DEWEY
What do you mean?

GHOSTFACE (PHONE)
You are going to stay in the movie theater, or I will kill Bree and your little daughter
Karina. You don’t want that now? Do you? Deputy?

DEWEY
No. I don’t. But what do you want with us?

GHOSTFACE (PHONE)
Oh, it not you I want. Let’s just say, Sidney’s story is not yet over.

DEWEY
You lay a hand on Sid and I swear-

The line goes dead.

Dewey grabs Gale’s hand.

DEWEY
Come on we’re going home.

GALE
You heard what he said. If we go home Bree and Karina will die!

DEWEY
Yeah.

Dewey turns around and faces Gale.

DEWEY
But what makes you think that he won’t kill them anyway, even if we stay here?

GALE
Good point.

Dewey and Gale run out of the theater room. We PAN UP and see Ghostface at the
top row of the theater. Ghostface quickly leaves.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Bree opens the door and gets the pizza.

BREE
Thanks.

ROD
Thank you for choosing Pizza Hut.

Bree smiles.

BREE
Your Welcome.

The two stand there looking at each other.

BREE
You look really familiar.

Rod laughs.

ROD
Yeah, I’m kind of in your English class.

BREE
Oh God I’m so sorry.

ROD
Yeah, I sit right in front of you.

Bree laughs and closes her eyes, clearly embarrassed.

BREE
I’m so sorry.

ROD
No, it’s cool don’t worry about it.

BREE
Well, do you want to come in and share this pizza with me and Karina?

ROD
Karina?

BREE
Yeah, I’m babysitting The Riley’s daughter.

ROD
Mmmm nice. Are you sure I’m allowed in? This isn’t your house and all. Won’t the
parents get mad?

Bree laughs.

BREE

Bree and Rod laugh.

Dewey and Gale are running in the lobby toward the exit. We see a man walking
with a huge tub of popcorn. Dewey accidently runs into him and the two fall. The
man spills his popcorn.

MAN WITH POPCORN

Dewey struggles to get up.

DEWEY
I’m really sorry!

GALE
He’s sorry!
Gale turns to Dewey and helps him up.

GALE
Come on Dewey! Let’s go!

Dewey gets up and the two run to the exit of the theater.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Bree, Karina and Rod are eating the pizza when Connor’s phone rings.

ROD
Hello?

ASIAN PIZZA BOSS

ROD
OH! Sorry, I’ll be back in a little bit!

ASIAN PIZZA BOSS

ROD
OK, I’ll be there in a little bit, bye!

Connor hangs up and turns to Bree.

ROD
I got to go, another Delivery.

Bree smiles.

BREE
OK. Well, I’ll see you at school.

ROD
OK.

Rod gets up and heads for the door with Bree.

ROD
Oh, before I go, can I have your number?

Bree smiles.

BREE
OK. You better call me. It’s 210-572-9800.
ROD
Thanks. I’ll call you. I promise.

Bree smiles.

BREE
OK.

Rod exits the house and Bree closes the door.

EXT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Rod turns around when we suddenly see Ghostface swing his knife at his neck.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Bree walks back to the couch and sits next to Karina. The phone rings. Bree answers
the phone.

BREE
Hello?

DEWEY (GHOSTFACE)
Hey Bree, me and Gale are coming home.

BREE
What? You aren’t going to see the movie?

DEWEY (GHOSTFACE)
Yeah something came up. We are coming home.

BREE
OK. How many minutes are you going to be home?

DEWEY (GHOSTFACE)
Don’t worry. You’ll know when. Oh, and I forgot my key at home, so can you open
the door when we get back?

BREE
Yes I can.

DEWEY (GHOSTFACE)
OK thanks, bye.

The line goes dead.

BREE
Bye.

Bree hangs up the phone and puts it back in her pocket.

Dewey and Gale are running out of the theater.

DEWEY
Get in! Hurry!

GALE
Shouldn’t you call Bree?

DEWEY
No. She’ll be fine.

Dewey and Gale get in the car and drive off.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Bree sits down on the couch and turns to Karina.

BREE
Your parents are going to be home in a little bit. All of us will finish off that pizza
when they get here.

We hear the door bell ring. Bree walks to the door.

BREE
Must be your parents.

Bree goes to the door and opens it. Suddenly, we see a knife slash at Bree, slitting
her throat. We see blood spray out of her neck like a water gun with very little water
left. Ghostface pushes her, by her face, to the ground. Ghostface steps over Bree’s
dead body. Right after he steps over her, we see the Pizza Delivery Man, dead on the
porch, with a slit throat and mulitiple stab wounds. Ghostface looks to the right and
sees Karina on the couch. Karina rolls up in a ball. Ghostface cleans the blade and
approaches Karina.

INT. DEWEY’S CAR

Dewey and Gale are driving top speed down the road.

DEWEY
We need to get there before it is too late.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Ghostface is above Karina.

GHOSTFACE
Hello Karina.
Ghostface slides the blade across her face.

GHOSTFACE
I hope you told your parents that you love them this morning.

INT. DEWEY’S CAR

DEWEY
Almost there.

Dewey and Gale reach their house.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

GHOSTFACE
Because they really love you.

Ghostface brings the knife to Karina’s neck.

EXT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

Dewey and Gale get out of the car and run to the house.

GALE
OH GOD! THE DELIVERY MAN!

DEWEY
COME ON WE GOT TO SAVE KARINA!

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD

GHOSTFACE
Now Karina. Time to meet your maker.

DEWEY
LET HER GO!

Ghostface turns around while holding Karina, with the knife to her neck. Dewey
approaches Ghostface while Gale is behind him, her hands to her mouth, in shock of
Bree and Connor's dead bodies. Ghostface and Karina move back as Dewey and Gale
approach.

DEWEY
I said LET HER GO!

GHOSTFACE
You move any closer Deputy. And I’ll slit her throat right open in front of you. Let
you savor and remember the moment of your daughter’s death. Have her death on
your conscience. You don’t want that? Do you? Deputy?
DEWEY
No.

GHOSTFACE
Good.

There is silence for a moment.

GHOSTFACE
Now that I think of it, didn’t I tell you to stay at the theater? And if you didn’t, I
would kill Bree and your daughter? Hmmm. Looks like I have lived up to half of that
promise.

DEWEY
You would’ve killed them both anyway.

Ghostface grunts.

GHOSTFACE
You’re smarter than people give you credit for Deputy. But now, I like to live up to
my promises. So say goodbye Deputy and wife to your little daughter Karina!

DEWEY
NO!

Dewey runs at Ghostface. Ghostface slashes at Dewey, cutting him across the chest.
Ghostface throws Karina to the floor and attacks Dewey. Ghostface stabs at Dewey.
Dewey grabs his hand. Gale runs to Karina, but Ghostface kicks back at Gale, hitting
her in the head, knocking her out.

KARINA
Mommy!

Dewey and Ghostface struggle with the knife.

GHOSTFACE
You have grown some guts.

DEWEY
Yeah.

Ghostface cuts Dewey on the chest. Dewey yells out in pain.

GHOSTFACE
But that won’t save you.

Karina gets up from her mother and moves to Ghostface. Karina hits Ghostface in the
face. Ghostface falls to the left of Dewey.
GHOSTFACE
Little bitch.

Ghostface swings his knife at Karina, cutting her across the chest. Karina falls to the
ground.

DEWEY
NO KARINA!

Ghostface gets back up and raises his knife, about to stab into Dewey. Ghostface
stabs down at Dewey. Dewey rolls to the right just as the knife comes down on the
same exact spot Dewey was. Ghostface gets up right as…

Dewey gets up. Dewey swings a punch at Ghostface. Ghostface dodges the blow and
runs. Dewey runs after Ghostface. Gale comes to and moves to Karina, who is on the
floor crying holding her bleeding chest.

GALE
Karina.

KARINA
Mommy, am I going to die?

GALE
No.

Gale gets out her phone and dials 911.

GALE
I need a *beep* ambulance here!

In the background, we can see Bree being dragged away silently.

Dewey is still after Ghostface. Ghostface runs to the bedroom.

INT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD: BEDROOM

Ghostface enters the bedroom. Dewey pulls a gun from the drawer and points it at
Ghostface.

DEWEY
It’s over.

GHOSTFACE
Hmm. That’s what you think Deputy.

Dewey inches closer to Ghostface.

DEWEY
Leave us alone.
GHOSTFACE
You would like that wouldn’t you? You would want this all to be over. But, I’ve been
gone too long. I let you think it was all over. But now, the past is back! And it’s far
from over! Way far! You can’t protect and save Sidney forever. I have some news for
you Deputy!

Ghostface points the knife at Dewey.

GHOSTFACE
SIDNEY! WILL! DIE!

BANG!

Dewey fires his gun at Ghostface. The bullet hits Ghostface directly in the chest.
Ghostface falls back, crashes through the window, and into the pool. Dewey runs
from the bedroom.

EXT. RILEY HOUSEHOLD: BACKYARD

Dewey runs to the backyard to the pool. Ghostface is gone.

DEWEY
Where did he go?

We suddenly see the outside lights turn on. Dewey turns around, drops his gun and
his mouth drops open. Dewey screams. There, stabbed and hanging on the wall of
the house by knifes, are the three bleeding, mangled, bodies of BREE, ROD, and MAN
WITH BUCKET. Written on the wall in blood is: SIDNEY IS NEXT!
