PREFACE
I take immense pleasure in presenting this project report on Wage & Salary
Policy in Sudha Dairy (Timul)..Muzaffarpur. This project intended to fulfill the
requirement for the completion of BBA degree. The real objective behind the
practical training and preparation of project report is to gain exposure to
actual work environment and blend required theoretical knowledge towards
facilitation of its application. In professional course like management practical
training and close contact with prevailing system in the organization is of
great importance. During course of training in my specialization HRM, I had
an opportunity ot apply theoretical knowledge to the real field personnel.
In the course of my training, I found that apart from theoretical knowledge in
the field of personnel, a manager must follow tailor made approach base on
this understanding of the action, attitude needs and urges of the worker
concerned, This is a very formidable and challenging task. Each individual has
its own distinct background, unique psychological frame work.
Practice and Theory are the two faces of coin. In absence of one of them
other cannot exist. It has been said theory without practice is dormant and of
no use, Science is of no use without proper application of scientific theory. In
the same way field work examines the truth in the theory. In the same way
field work examines the truth in the theory. No goal can be expected without
the healthy synthesis of theory and practice. I have chosen the topic of my
study Wages & Salary because it is a vital part of personnel department. In
preparing this report care has been taken to make it comprehensive and
reliable to the extent possible. This report care has been prepared and
arranged under heads and subheads. I had tried to gather all relevant
important facts regarding this topic to my best efforts.
