ON INCOME GENERATING ACTIVITIES.

The application form as well as the Business plan (the standard forms are provided by the
RSDF) should be filled in two copies. One copy shall be sent/ brought to the RSDF
together with the documents mentioned in Section G of this Project Application Form.
The second copy shall remain with the applicant.

The Application form and the Business plan should be filled in as legibly as possible.

Incomplete documents or documents sent after the competition round deadline will not be
taken into account.

Documents sent shall not be returned to applicants.

PLEASE NOTE: FILLING IN OF THIS FORM IN NO WAY GUARANTEES


THAT YOUR PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED.

Project application is within the ceiling of US 20000

The contribution of the beneficiaries is of minimum 15% of the value of the grant
requested from the RSDF. The project value equals the value of the grant plus the value
of the local contribution. Other financial contributions are also welcomed.

The grant shall be disbursed in three tranches, as follows:


 The first tranche representing 25 % of the grant shall be paid as advance payment
after signing of the Grant Agreement.
 The second tranch representing 60% of the grant shall be paid subject to the
beneficiary accounting for at least 75% of the amount of the first tranch, in
accordance with the favorable report elaborated by the RSDF supervisor. Requesting
the third tranch shall make justification of the remaining 25% of the advance
payment.
 The third tranch representing the remaining 15% of the grant shall be paid subject to
the beneficiaries accounting for 75 % of the amount of the second tranch.
Justification of the remaining 25% of the second tranche as well as of the third tranch
shall be made at the closing of the project.

Section C: PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Describe EXACTLY what the community is applying for. (Refer to R-SDF Guidelines
on what the R-SDF does and does not fund). In the case of an application concerning the
completion, upgrading or rehabilitation of an existing economic infrastructure (market,
storage facilities, warehouses, etc) please indicate its existing status. The number of
project objectives and expected results may be larger or smaller than three as indicated
bellow.

* Table 1 contains total costs and duration of the respective activity. Each activity may include other sub-
activities that must be detailed in the standard Table attached at the end of the Application form or in a
similar Table elaborated according to the needs of your community.
The total of the last column of Table 1 represents the total value of the project. Please
remember that the total value of the project equals the grant plus the community
contribution (representing the total 15% of the grant). Other contributions are also
welcomed.
