Conditions of Sale
1.All prices based on an exchange rate of R13.00 to the US dollar, any variations in exchange rate, supplier costs and freight rates will be adjusted for.
2.All goods offered for sale are subject to stock availability or prior sale and The Generator King standard terms and conditions of trading.
3.Prices quoted are ex works JHB excluding transport, installation and first fill of diesel.
4.Our terms for this contract are payment in advance prior to despatch of generator from our warehouse.
5.All power ratings are quoted at maximum engine output for 1 hour in every 12 hours at sea level and power de rating will be applicable at altitude.
6.Generator sets should run continuously at a maximum 80% of power de rated load. (De rating applicable for both altitude and specific site conditions)
7.The Generator King (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to make changes in price, model, technical specifications and color, equipment and accessories without prior notice. E&OE
8.The warranty on the 1500 rpm generators is the earlier of 1year / 1000 hours on spare parts only. (labour and travel are excluded).
