6.2 Concluding Remarks:

It is proven that e-banking facility in our banking sector is one of the blessed and modernized
inclusions. It is now no longer a nice to have but an impossible to survive without for all
banks. Most of our bank has not any marketing or sales forces to execute the raw and cold
business of e-banking for their own organization. In our country customers are not properly
conscious about the advantage of the modern technology. Many multinational and private
banks have already introduced new marketing activities to their targeted customers for
specialized services which are found very effective. As government of Bangladesh
emphasizing on digitalization of every sector in our county, banks are bound to enrich their ebanking sector quickly. Though there are some problems in the system, if we can overcome
those problems it is sure in recent future e-banking facility will create revolution in banking
sector. The challenge is to make sure the savings from e-banking technology more than offset
the costs and risks associated with conducting business in cyberspace.
