Personal Statement:

I am now looking for the opportunity for career progression in an occupation


which suits my abilities. I offer enthusiasm and commitment to any task given
and am always looking for a challenge. I would also like to bring both common
sense and aptitude to the workplace. I will deliver work on time and accurately
whilst creating an environment where we deliver a superb customer
experience.

Skills and strengths I can bring to this position would be my positive attitude
and my commitment to achieve excellent results. I am self motivated and I’m
very much a team player and excel in a team environment. I’m always
approachable and will always do my best to install confidence in others
around me. I am flexible and adaptable to change, displaying a positive
attitude and I lead by example at all times.

Being a former Retail Manager I possess strong leadership qualities, and I am


use to handling pressures of responsibility and managing deadlines. I lead by
example but I’m always prepared to ask for help or support if it means gaining
a better result.

Job Title: Personal Loans Administrator Dates: June 2009-Present.

Responsibilities:

• Working to the pressures of a strict deadline.


• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Liaise with branches and Nationwide Direct.
• Processing high volume of Personal Loans with a quick turnaround
time.

Achievements:

• Helping to build a brand new team which delivered results in a short


space of time.
• Trained employees up to an excellent standard under pressure due to
high volumes of work.

Thomas Becket Roman Catholic Upper School, Northampton 1995-2000

I gained 10 GCSE’s during this period including a D in mathematics and


science and two C’s in English.

Following this I went to gain a GNVQ in Information Technology.

Interests:

I have a keen interests in all sports especially football, golf, cricket, tennis,
snooker and regularly go gym to stay fit. I am also player manager of a local
5-a-side team which has been competing nationally for over a decade. I also
play for two local football teams, Moulton and FC Lynhurst.

In the near future I aim to achieve my FIFA & UEFA Football Coaching
Qualifications, which will enable me to pass on to others what I have learnt as
well as keeping me occupied in my favourite hobby after my playing days are
over. I also travel around the region playing numerous golf courses at
weekends as I pursue to lower my handicap.

Outside of sport, I am an easy going, fun loving person who enjoys life to the
full, I will always try my best to get on with anyone in any given situation. I
love socialising with my friends and meeting new people. I have a very
responsible attitude and I am a trustworthy person, who is willing to take on
any task given to me.

I enjoy a role professionally or personally, that offers me the chance to meet


new people, and challenges me to aspire to do my best. I am always
enthusiastic to learn new skills and eager for new experiences.
