Graduate of a two-year Occupational Health & Safety diploma program: Last year I held a Safety Advisor position with Mackay Contracting. My experience involved QHSE for contracts on TECK COAL mining sites in the Elk Valley, British Columbia. I have also completed two eight week work terms in Occupation Health and Safety with Schlumberger Canada and Y.M.C.A. Canada. Also, I have many years of Security/Emergency Response experience for industrial sites and public health care sectors. Graduate of a two-year Natural Resources Technology diploma program: I have also have worked as an Environmental Technician in both Conservation and Industrial sectors. I participated in a Federal Job Creation Partnership as an Environmental Technician for the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority in London, Ontario. After completing my Fisheries Observer training program with D.F.O. Canada I gained offshore experience as a Fisheries Observer in the snow crab sector
