IQ & EQ The teacher has to provide affective (value the learning), cognitive (strategies to
learn) and behavioural (strategies to deal with failures, frustrations) support to the learners i.e
why to learn, how to learn, what to learn. The lasting spin off of education is the process of
learning, the route of learning, the joy of discovery, coping strategies, etc.
