1. In which circuit of appeals is Nevada in?

The United States District Court for the District of Nevada is the federal district court
whose jurisdiction is the state of Nevada. The court has locations in Las Vegas and Reno. Cases
from the District of Nevada are appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit
2. In The Constitution of the State of Nevada find article that cover Education and name and
list each section included specifically for Education.
In The Constitution of the State of Nevada article that covers Education is Article11.
Article this has ten sections. Article11 section 1 is called Legislature to encourage education;
appointment, term and duties of superintendent of public instruction. Article11 section 2 is
called Uniform system of common schools. Article11 section 3 is called Pledge of certain
property and money, escheated estates and fines collected under penal laws for educational
purposes; apportionment and use of interest. Article11 section 4 is called Establishment of
state university; control by board of regents. Article11 section 5 is called Establishment of
normal schools and grades of schools; oath of teachers and professors. Article11 section 6
is called Support of university and common schools by direct legislative appropriation;
priority of appropriations. Article11 section 7 is called Board of Regents: Election and
duties. Article11 section 8 is called Immediate organization and maintenance of state
university. Article11 section 9 is called Sectarian instruction prohibited in common
schools and university. Article11 section 10 is called No public money to be used for
sectarian purposes.
