Guidelines for Summer Internship Project

2016

The summer project carries 100 marks and would be part of 3rd Semester evaluation

The summer project should be completed in 60 days. The assigned period is 1 st May 2016
to 30th June 2016.

Students are supposed to meet their academic guides on or before 30th April 2016

Within the first week of joining the organization students are required to send an email to
their project guides furnishing the following details:

Name of the company

Name of the Company project guide/ supervisor

Email id and mobile number of the company guide.

Student should have a record of their working on day to day basis in a diary called as
summer internship progress report. The diary should be duly signed by the competent
authority on a weekly basis. On the completion of summer internship, all the students
must submit their summer internship progress report to respective faculty guides.

Students should go properly dressed to the companies and maintain the code of conduct
and punctuality during the summer internship.

Students should weekly report to their respective faculty guides about their internship
progress through e-mail.
