1. Complete the mail-in certificate information below.
2. Remove the UPC symbol from the original packaging of Coleman merchandise.
3. Submit the original, Walmart.com - identified receipt dated between 9/1/2016 and 9/30/2016. Must be received
by 10/14/2016.
4. Circle the qualifying products and prices on your receipt.
5. Mail or submit this original mail-in certificate, the original UPC, and receipt as described above to:

organizations will not be honored or acknowledged. Offer void if original purchase receipt, original package UPC, this
original mail-in certificate and complete name, address and zip code are not included. Refund will not be mailed to P.O. Box
address. Void where prohibited, licensed, taxed or restricted by law. Valid only in the U.S.A. Please allow 6-8 weeks for
processing. Proof of purchase must be from product you purchased. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
