The Site Engineer will supports the Project Engineer and Project Manager on an assigned project. Performs routine
daily activities and assists in gathering and distributing information to team members. Possesses strong written and
verbal communications skills and manages time effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare site documentation.
2. Perform routine visits to site to monitor the activities twice a day
3. Review with Foremen manpower requirements and inform PM should a change be needed
4. Work with Administrator & Foreman to ensure that deliveries are expedited and coordinated
5. Coordinate work of sub-trades
6. Coordinate changes to the contract including communication with foreman and ensure documentation updates
7. Review with Foreman to ensure Line Material deliveries are operating smoothly
8. Attend site meetings the PM is unable to be present for and take down necessary information.
9. Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation coordinates meetings to discuss project
requirements and scope of work with requesting departments
10. Prepares and reviews project plans and cost estimates based on engineering and/or architectural specifications;
reviews site of proposed work to determine design parameters and constraints
11. Issues work orders, schedules work and inspects progress
12. Communicates on-going work schedules and project progress with requesting departments
13. Inspects work performed by contractors on assigned construction or remodeling projects
14. Supervises lower level employees as required
15. Performs other related duties
Primary Location: Dubai, UAE
Other Locations: Palm Jumeriah
