Amar Kumar, a BBA 7 student at Sukkur IBA, has applied for an assistant accounts officer position that requires an exam on September 20th in Quetta. However, his first midterm exam at Sukkur IBA is also scheduled for September 20th. He is requesting that his midterm exam be rescheduled to another date so that he can attend both exams, as his teacher does not object to rescheduling. He would be grateful if the request is approved.

R/Sir,
With due respect I beg to say that I have applied for a job (assistant accounts officer) in
industry and commerce department by Baluchistan public service commission and in 20 th Sep
2016 there will be exams for this post in Quetta and on the same date there will be first
midterm exams in Sukkur IBA therefore it is very difficult for me to attend papers on this
date only whereas I will manage time for all other papers except the paper on 20th Sep. Since
my teacher has not any objection to make up my paper on any other date.

Therefore it is my request to reschedule my this paper for any other date. I shall be
highly thankful to you.
