Subject- Regarding reconstruction of my internal exam.


Respected Sir,
I beg to request you for reconduction of my internal exams scheduled from 19 dec to 20
dec. The reason for this request is my participation in All india zonal level university yoga
competition, which is scheduled to take place from 19th dec to 24 dec. As I will be going to
KIT bhuneshwar for the competition on 19th dec and will be returning after 23rd dec , so I
will not be able to give my internal on 19th and 20th dec.
Considering the importance of both my academic and my yoga competition, I kindly request
your support in allowing me take the internal exams after 24th December. This extension will
enable me to fulfill my commitment to the yoga competition while also ensuring that I can
give my best performance in the internal exams .
I sincerely hope for your understanding and support in this matter. If required ,I am willing
to attach all information and documents regarding it. Kindly check them out if required.
