Issues concerning the Management

Unequal and Unscientific Wage Distribution

No internal control and monitoring of the quantity of materials

used and working hours put in by the employees
Losing talented employees once they are licensed

No commitment to promises made while appointing employees

Employees Negative Perception about the performance review

process being just fancy talks.

Suggestions to the Management

There should structured wage plan in place based on skills and

experience both at the time of appointment and in performance
appraisal.
Regular Performance Review and Feedback should be provided to
employees.
There should be a logistics department to keep record of all the
materials used.
There should be proper verification of the number of working hours
listed by an employee in his time sheet.
Discontinuing the plan of providing companys resources to employees
for their own personal work and instead, introducing a reward system
for those employees who bring additional work for the company.
