Permission for Photography of Property

For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, the


undersigned, being the legal owner of, or having the right to permit the taking and use of
photographs of certain property, namely:
______________________________________________________________________,
hereinafter, the Property,
does irrevocably grant to _________________ and their heirs, successors and assigns
(Photographer), including but not limited to __________________________________
and its advertising agency or other agents, the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted
right and permission to take still and/or video photographs of said Property (the
Photographs) and to use, publish, transmit, license and display the Photographs in
whole or in part, or in composite or distorted character or form, without restriction as to
changes or alterations.
In addition, I give to Photographer the right to identify the Property or to use a
fictitious name in connection therewith in any and all media now known or hereafter
developed or invented, including but not limited to print and digital media and
distribution over the Internet, social media and broadcast media for illustration,
promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade and any and all other purposes whatsoever.
I specifically consent to the digital manipulation or distortion of the Photographs,
including changes or alterations as to color, size, shape, perspective, context, foreground
and background. I also consent to the use of all text, audio and advertising matter to be
used in conjunction with the Photographs.
I hereby waive inspection and approval of the finished product or products and
the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection with the Photographs
or the use to which they may be applied.
I have read the above release and I understand its contents. This Release shall be
binding upon me and my heirs, successors and assigns.
