Description:

BASC (Blackberry Agent Support Center) provides RIM CSO and SDPs with access to
tools to support carriers and end users (e.g. PIN lookup, PIN test, provisioning, BIS
admin, service requests, SRP enablement, Cloud information, PIN, network notifications
etc.)
BetaZone- provides customers and carriers with the opportunity to provide feedback on
RIMs pre-release apps, products and services.

maintaining the transactions of medical distributors. The aim of Pharmacy Management
System is to provide user-friendly interface, which can be easily dealt by people who does
not have much knowledge in computers. The interface is provided with relevant controls and
names right from login screen till to the report generation screen.
Basically, four modules are present in this. They are-

Description

E-Collaboration implements IBM Lotus connections and Open Text Content Server to
RIM for organizing its Enterprise Content Management system (ECM). This project
provides a collaborative work environment that helps RIM to create, manage, find and
store information in a secure, common, centralized repository to improve the business
processes workflows. It also provides better notifications functionality, support for sub-
communities, stand alone forums section and provide a better BlackBerry mobile
experience for users. Verification of application functionality on different BlackBerry
mobile models and Play Book is in the scope of this project.
