Dear Sir,

Greetings of peace and goodwill!

The ROTARACT CLUB OF TALAKUDONG, a community-based organization of young


professionals in the City of Tacurong, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Tacurong was
assigned to host the YEAR END REPORTING (YER) on May 5-6, 2017.

The said activity is conducted in order to assess the projects and accomplishments of
Clubs from District 3870 (which comprise the Rotaract Clubs from Region XI and some
parts of RXII). Furthermore, Rotaractors from Pilipinas MDIO - the national organization
of the Rotaract Clubs in the Philippines was also invited to assess the reporting.

In this regard, the undersigned would like to request the use of Kings Hall and
Governors Palace as the venue of the 2-day activity.

As the president of SKAYO, we are hoping that you could endorse the approval our
request to the Provincial Tourism Office. We believed that this event will also serve as a
promotion of tourism in our province.

We are looking forward to your positive response on this request.
